For Arsenal I fear it could be another Trophyless year with the departure of two key players, Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri who were two players that Arsene Wenger has nurtured and brought through the ranks but then abandon Wenger when he needed them most. The problem's for the Gunners started back when they lost that key Carling Cup final to Birmingham which would have ended Arsenal's 6 trophyless years. The problems for Arsene then mounted with fans becoming increasingly desperate for trophy's and signings and with failure to win their own Emirates Cup Arsenal looked in trouble. However Arsene Wenger waited until deadline day to make some key signings in Mikel Arteta who has spent 6 loyal years at Everton whilst being watched by Arsenal, Per Mertesacker and Andre Santos who both performed fantastically at the 2010 world cup along with Park Chu Young who admittedly got relegated with Monaco and scored an OG at the World Cup but has a fantastic work epic. All good signings by Mr Wenger but I fear arsenal may just miss out on a Top 4 finish. More Quality needed.
